"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. Totally unacceptable hospitality to hold such a position! The 2 Deluxe Double rooms that I booked didn’t have any windows. The Aircon didn’t work so it was fixed in situ when I was in the room. "The room is very clean and comfortable and the hotel staff is very good and friendly. The toilet was choked during our stay and the maintenance staff came and settled the problems immediately. We can see part of the sea from the window and the view was nice. The only drawback was that there was no drawers in the room and it was a bit difficult for storage."
