"Really great place in a relatively quiet part of Shinjuku. The location is convenient for travelling around the city, and is close to Shibuya if you want to do some shopping or check out the scramble. Staff were great and helpful, and attended to our every need. The laundry machines aren't the best however. They take too long to dry your clothes which can take up a lot of time if you're trying to do some laundry before bed. Overall though, it's been a great experience. "
