"Staff was very helpful during our visit to Brisbane. The Cafe that is downstairs has very good food. The hotel is located close enough to take the various publuc transportation everywhere. "

"The hotel is very good. Rooms are very big, comfortable and cozy. The front desk staff is friendly and kind. The location is perfect for visiting the main attractions. The airport is not too far. The metro line is only few blocks to go to the airport. Lots of shopping and restaurant areas nearby. Very convenient. The only negative this is that they never cleaned the room in four days. They didn't change the towels as well. I recommend it but just be aware about cleanliness. "
