"The hotel is getting tired and needs some renovations. The Ali'i tower is excellent because it has separate check-in and pool but does not have a hot tub. The adults only pool and hot tub needs to be open later than 6pm. Paradise pool hut tubs were always packed with more than the 9 people limit and no one enforced the rule prohibiting small children. Would not come back here without kids."

"It was very nice. First time in Hawaii. 5 minutes walk to the beach, shopping center within minutes. Stuff was nice. Every time we called for things they brought it up right away. Breakfast, not to many options but you can’t beat free. Over all good experience. Just take lots of money with you and ask your credit card company to raise your limit! It’s not cheap to dine and wine out there. Every thing is double. Enjoy…. "

"Went for a quick weekend get away for my birthday and the property is immaculate. The staff was very friendly and surprised me with a birthday dessert plate in my room. I loved the property, however I wish it were justa bit more lively at the pool, music would have been wonderful. Otherwise great property, especially if you like quiet serene atmospeheres. "

"I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. While the hotel is new and very clean, the space felt quite small, including the lobby, and there was only one dining option available. The Lamill Coffee shop only offered to-go options, which was a bit inconvenient. The surrounding area near the convention center didn’t feel very safe for walking, with a couple of questionable bars nearby. We ended up taking an Uber every day to Waikiki (about a 10-minute drive) to enjoy our time...
