"My boyfriend and I both were greeted by our friendly host with nothing but smiles,jokes, and laughter. Along with an aboade of information about our location and the wonderful food spots to try! The room itself was tidy. All appliances were in working condition. I honestly can't complain. We will definitely be staying here when we go back. 😁 😇"

"Nice hotel. The only staff we saw was 1 lady checking in. It was pretty much a ghost town. No one for valet and had to self park which is ok but how the parking lot is set up it's really hard to get your luggage to your car when checking out. The garage offers only stairs and it would be nice if there was an elevator to help get your luggage to the 3rd floor or a parking area on the outside to load your car back up. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was hot. We couldn't get the ac to...

Car towed! Ridiculous parking passes

"I was happy with the stay other than the strict parking. It’s a shame that la hacienda just lets this tow company pray on people. My friend stopped by briefly and got his car towed which is ridiculous because there is so many free parking spots. I can understand if a car was parked there for more than 24 hours but his car was there for just a couple hours if that. People coming to this hotel are coming here because it’s affordable; they can’t afford to pay the tow yard fees which was almost $500 plus it goes up every hour it’s in the tow yard. Crooks "

"I’ve been coming here since 2020! I just love the hotel! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming! Easy check in as well! Downside is you can’t access to more than Netflix and YouTube on the tv so that sucks. I’d recommend bringing a laptop for entertainment. The pool and jacuzzi is really nice! The menu at the restaurant changes every month so be aware of that! I loved their strawberry dulce de lece cake they served on VDay! So good! Must be a permanent dessert please!!"
