"Spacious and walkable 10 minute walk to Dotonburi strip. Easy access to transit, ubering to other attraction in the city is 15-20minutes. Well priced for 5days stay with 5 adults. Minimal area for improvement: 1. AC and heat was a bit hard to control 2. adding lotion on top of shampoo, conditioner and body wash would complete the whole experience. "

"The hotel is easy to access (next to train station even it is not the main station). Easy to check in (virtual reception) and we can storage our luggages as we arrive too early for check-in. It has a room which is specifically to storage luggages. The room is very clean. It is not too spacious but not too small as well for 4 of us (4 adults). The beds are comfortable and there are enough pillows for us. The kitchen is well equipped (very basic ones). There's a refrigerator and freezer....

If you are shy to go to the public bath, the bathroom in the room come with a mini bathtub where you can enjoy yourself in your room. The hotel is at a strategy location which is just a few minutes walk to the train station or metro station at heart of Namba area. "Whether you're traveling for work or pleasure, this hotel will give you all the offerings you need for your stay. With the included shuttle service from Osaka Station (Near Starbucks at Sakurabashi Exit) to the Hotel, this will reduce your travel time to and from the hotel from work or sightseeing. The offered amenities and restaurants are second to none and showcase a high class dining experience that every person would enjoy from the traditional Japanese cuisine, to the exquisite Chinese food with a view of the city. The offered breakfast option includes a Japanese/Western Buffet option or a Traditional Japanese breakfast. The buffet offers a variety of choices with lots of unique flavors and diets for everyone. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful option of drinks and an included minibar. They also offer laundry services and a car rental as well in the Hotel. The hotel also has a mini mall within the basement of the Hotel with great options and a tasty bakery/sweets shop at the lobby. Overall, This was one of the most exceptional places I've stayed at while in Japan and would love to book here again in the future!"
