"Wow, what an absolutely incredible experience we enjoyed at the Capella this weekend. Our check in with Joesph was friendly & professional & we were very surprised how large & spacious our twin shared room was the photos on the website don't do it justice. We also enjoyed a fantastic afternoon at the Spa with Clare & Tanatcha as our therapists, I would rate this as one of the best Spa experiences i've ever had! "The location is amazing. The ferry terminal is right outside the hotel. It’s an easy walk to the Rocks, the Opera House, and the Botanical Gardens are across the street. We had a balcony and it was great to watch the boats and see the harbor. The only issue was the showers. The water went from freezing to really hot intermittently. The staff was aware and trying to fix it. "

"On weekdays evenings (especially Friday) the pub in the square opposite played loud thumping music that was audible even in my ninth floor room. At least it stopped at 11:00 pm. Surrounding area was a bit more run down but not too bad. It was really well placed for Circular Quays and the transport hubs. Rooms adequate in size, very well maintained and cleaned. Very nice hotel."

"From Ratik's greeting at the front desk to Jasmine's help with glitches in a reservation, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our room was well-equipped and professionally serviced each day; the common areas in the hotel are well-set up and very pleasant to be in; the hotel is nicely located for a first stay in Sydney - access to much of the City is easy, and we liked the setting and neighborhood very much.
