"The overall interior and fixtures could use a little upgrade, but they work well all the same. You receive an actual key, not a keycard, so be mindful of that. Staff was friendly in person, but I would have to suggest not sending any messages through the site, as mine went unanswered. Just call and speak to someone directly is beat. Really appreciated the 24 hour front desk service! Would book a room here again for sure."

"I like the property because of the size and staff there was really friendly and helpful. The price was right. I love the fact that it really close to subway station and other transportation. The only negative thing that i can think of is that people smoking close to both entrances. I enjoyed my stay there."

"It’s in a safe and great location with respect to the airport express bus, the metro line, and the Myeongdong Night Market. We only stayed for 1 evening and the staff was extremely helpful and helped answered our questions. Amenities were good and perfect for the 1-night stay. I would stay here again if we have a 1-2 day stop in Seoul and want to be close to the Myeongdong surrounding areas and shopping area. "

"Staff are warm n welcoming, always with a smile,especially boss Insuk n the Choon, the lady who checked me in(hope i got d name right). Housekeeping does great job in cleaning n changing towels daily. Would be great if there was a closet to hang clothes.
