"Had a wonderful stay at Smartments Prenzlauer Berg. Facility is modern, clean and located adjacent to the Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station - making transportation super convenient. There is a large grocery store within a block. There is a Doner restaurant that is open 24 hours (as of Sept 2024) next to the apartment complex. Room equipped with small refrigerator. Bed low but comfy. No air conditioning but did not need in September. Fan in room - which would definitely need in summer month....

"The property is really nice. Our biggest problem was that our room was at the end of the hall and threw a doorway where our room and two others were located. All overhead lights in that hallway were out. We asked the first night that at least one of them be replaced because it was so dark. It never happened. It would get worse later in the evening as they would cycle more and more lights off in the hallway. Also no conditioner or lotion products left in the room and no washcloths, so just be...

"The staffs are very nice. The hotel is clean and quiet. The only complaint is the comfort is too thick for summer. We had to keep the air conditioner running low in the night. Other wise it’s too hot to sleep with the thick comfort."

"Great place to stay very comfortable and an easy location to get around with transport nearby or short walk.Staff were fantastic the food was great and the bar was very nice.Being English it was a shame there was no tea making facilities in the room but the coffee machine was a great touch. "We stayed here because my husband was participating in the Berlin Marathon. NH Alexander Platz has the perfect location outside the Downtown area. However, transportation was a few steps away, from the train/metro stations to the busses. Uber or taxis are also very common and safe. We had a wonderful view from our bedroom of the famous TV station. Their breakfast buffet was the perfect wellness buffet that we have had in a while. All personal are very friendly. "

"The hotel is a little hard to find because the sign is small but it is worth the search. Our room was huge and very clean. We would stay there again. Tip: There is not a 24 hour reception desk.
