The swimming pools inside the hotel were beautiful! Cross the street, you can swim in the ocean and walk on the beach. "The Voilá is an average hotel with an amazing location. The service from the front desk and bar was excellent. It is right in the center of the Cartagena action and gave us access to many restaurants and attractions. However, the room needs some re-vamping and updating. There were water spots in some parts of the walls. The noise from other rooms and the elevator was also a factor which reduced our comfort."
