"The property is beautiful! The rooms are nice. I understand that the city humid but the mold and mildew in the bathroom was crazy. A good bleaching and the hotel would be perfect. Also we got charged $1 a day per person for insurance as we were leaving. Not a high price but still this was never explained. As I head to the airport I have no clue what I was insured for. "The OZ hotel is clean, perfectly located and great to look at, but the standout is the staff. They are attentive, friendly and helpful. They literally didn’t want our party to lift a finger (and we tried). The ladies at the front desk moved mountains to accommodate a large party, the cleaners made sure our rooms were perfect when we returned and the restaurant and concierge staff made sure we had everything we needed.
