"Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are fairly nice. Perhaps a touch on the small side. Bed is comfy. And it is outfitted with USB fixtures for your devices. Cons: Other seating is not that comfortable. Chair and couch in the room were not pleasant to sit in. Plus the $15/day "destination fee" and $52/day for valet parking (there is no other choice unless you want to drive around downtown Oakland looking for street parking. Good luck.) "Room was so cute, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is that the doors, they were terrible to open with the key card and the outside door didn't even open with the card we had to be let in my another guest at the side door coming from the pool. Also the pool and hot tub are not in the building. Its in he next building over, so prepare to leave your building and go to the next one over. Otherwise, everything was clean, and had a romantic aura. Great for couples or solo relaxation "

I loved that car was parked in a locked garage adjacent to the building and not in a open lot somewhere else.
