"The hotel is located in Xintiandi area, which has both historical charm and shopping and dining options. The rooms are modern and luxurious. The staff is super professional and nice. The Breakfast buffet is delicious. The hotel started our journey in China on a high note and set high expectations. We had an amazing time. "

"We had the pleasure of staying at the Puli Hotel and Spa. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jing An. Reels Mall is a 2 minute walk, the Kerry Centre is a 5 minute walk. nearest metro is Jing A Temple which is on line 2, most convenient line which gets you pretty much everywhere. 20 minute walk to West Nanjing Road. Overall great hotel, perfect location with lots of shops and dinning options. Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Spa area was lovely. Few observations however, the jacuzzi had some particles floating in it. I left the minute I saw them and also the swimming pool was a little too cold. "

"It’s a very convenient place, subway 2, 7, 14 are right down there, so many nice restaurants are around, no need to eat at hotel‘s restaurants which are expensive and not really tasty. "
