"This property is fantastic! The amenities are what you would expect for this chain. It is a very spacious suite, and extremely comfortable. But the thing that stands out about this property is the very kind and accommodating staff. My daughter and I and our dog were traveling across the country, and our New Orleans stop was the last night of our trip. Then - a freak snow storm rolled in and we were stuck and not able to leave. The hotel was so helpful and accommodating, putting us right back in our same room. The valet was awesome, as well as the front desk staff. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I would HIGHLY recommend it!"

"I stayed here for my birthday trip and the hotel was everything! Sean & Dex checked me in and since my check in through my checked out every time I came past the desk the hospitality was amazing! Gave me some great food recommendations. My best part was the live DJ and band even down to the bartender knowing my order! I will definitely come back and stay here again! The only down side was the hot water went out one day of our stay but that wasn’t enough to make me unpleasant with my stay! "
