"Room service top notch as always, staff is great as usual oh something noticeable front desk faster check in and less paper work, yeah my get away spot for a quick visit to the island,food was much better than my last viist no fancy stuff just layed back as usual other than this privilege thing more money same crap and i guess the bar wasnt too please with my tipping this trip sevice sucks, hay sometimes $20 sometimes $1"

"Nice property located on a private beach. Food was good for the most part but some of the restaurants were not that good ie. The Asian restaurant fuzion and Italian. The French restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet was always on point. The hotel staff were amazing and overall vibe was fun and relaxing. If you get nitpicky you may find the property a bit outdated but if you’re ok with a few kinks you’ll be fine. "

" Great customer service for everything Proximity to the ocean/pool -The food was ok Drinks were great -No room service/food delivery option -Daily 1 towel limit -Short beach but 3 hotels connected within this chain that you have access to as well to walk further. -While it’s all inclusive we wanted to tip. The only way to do so is with cash/Jamaican money and there’s no ATM onsite but you can get to one by walking if you feel comfortable and then you can get cash or Jamaican money. ...

"This place is a hidden gem!! Very Professional And Friendly Staff…Great food…Cozy…I traveled alone and I felt very safe…Access to Doctor’s Cave Beach….On The Hip Strip…Walking Distance To Everywhere….Only problem was that I didn’t stay long enough…Sigh….Will definitely be back again"

"When reading other reviews and they complained about the food options, I thought maybe they were just picky. Nope, the food is not so great. You won’t starve to death, but you won’t be impressed either. We did go to hip strip to eat lunch at The Pelican and the food was amazing. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. You do need reservations for the hibachi restaurant and it was booked our entire stay. Call the front desk to find out the activities for each day, as they are not...
