"The hospitality of the staff is superb! Although they don’t have a pool, you can book their outdoor jacuzzi privately which means no other people in the pool while you dip! We had a little problem with water in-room but the staff was quick and understanding to let us change our rooms. Really a hidden gem around alabang area! Will definitely book again! "

"We appreciate the fact that our room was upgraded to a family room, however, the bathroom experience was not pleasant at all. Shower did not have a partition from the rest of the area, so every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. Also, the water drained slowly which made it look untidy and unsanitary. Bathroom is better in smaller rooms."

"The Fynn Hotel is amazing. I loved every part of the actual hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. The lobby area, restaurant area, upstairs hallways and room were all very nice and clean. It’s very hot here in the area but the A/C in the room worked perfectly. "Very quiet hotel . Very high class . Not many guests . Set up very well for families in terms of kid activities . Cheap rates currently as not well established . Great gym ! Staff were nice .
