We asked for a different room if one was available, and the management was kind enough to accommodate us, which was had a better shower and bidet, but the main room still had several small roaches. "The room was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The hotel does not have an elevator so if you are going to stay upstairs then you will need to haul your luggages up the stairs. I didn’t dine but I don’t think there is dining available. I only stayed for a few hours since our flight was late at night and we need a place to relax before our flight."

"What a great and unique 1 bedroom suite I got. I was very happy with my stay and so with the 2 children that enjoyed the swimming pool area for 1 night. The hospitality of the hotel staff in Philippines is what excelled in the global community of hotel in industry. I travel globally every year and in United States, in Las Vegas and in other states should learned Filipino hospitality in hotel service. My hotel view was excellent the location is close to shopping center and international airport. Gym facilities is good. Bottle water is already available when in your suite. Somewhat good in buffet breakfast choices. Overall an excellent recommendation by a family member to stay in this hotel and it did not disappoint."
