"We had an amazing time in Inverness, thanks to the lovely team at Best Western. Ale at the front desk was so friendly and kind. She was able to book us into a last-minute room after our first accommodations at a different hotel fell through. The rooms were lovely, and provided great views of the river. The daily breakfast was a great add-on and had a beautiful view from the restaurant. We will gladly be back again! "
