"Staff service is great. Dining options are also great. Multiple restaurants with extensive room dining options. But we did not like jaipur as a city. Too much pollution, behaviour of crowd is really bad. If you are visiting with a baby , it will be a nightmare to visit touristic places. Garbage everywhere. We had to cut short our trip and came back before 2 days. But hotel is good and we had enjoyed our stay. "

"Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. "My beautiful (extra large) room at Saba Haveli transported me to another time and place in Jaipur. Perfect place for a romantic getaway or as a solo traveler, a peaceful oasis amidst the chaos of Pink City. The family and staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The other guests I met over breakfast were also wonderful. I loved my stay! NB: the property was being renovated in parts so there was some rustic charm to the whole thing...not manicured gardens or a finished roof but I didn't mind. "

"It’s a heritage hotel & has beautiful building /dining area but, reception area & rooms are not upgraded for standard of a 4 star hotel . Also there is the issue of smell & noise due to the location. There were also mosquitoes in the room & bathroom so do ask for all out to be plugged in the room before your check in .also we had to call maintenance to fix the showers as there were no water pressure on the first day of check in . "

"I didn't book a five-star hotel so I didn't expect one. However, my biggest issue with the property is the crappy Wi-Fi. They didn't clean the room during my stay. And it seems to have an electrical issue that makes the light flicker intermittently. The staff tried to be helpful and apart from that its was okay. "

"The staff made me pay for all days of stay upfront. When I wanted to change my mind and get a refund the management didn't co-operate. This is no way a fair deal, there was unnecessary loss of money. The staff and the service was OK. I should have been refunded the money for the time I didn't want to stay and I actually checked out the second day itself."

"When i reached hotel is closed and its very pathetic that hotel.com is booking and still hotels are closed form last 3 to 4 months and its my very worst experience.I have talk to hotel owner and he says that i don't know how the hotel.com is accepting booking and we are closed form last 3 to month . I think hotel.com is doing Freud and we are not responsible for your money if deducted by hotel.com. "
