"Very clean hotel. Not in a very happening area, on the quieter side. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is decent. Beware that they add a service charge so don’t overtip. Usually service charges are written on the menu but they don’t tell you. Found that to be very misleading. The air con unit faced my bed so I literally had to keep it off which was annoying and uncomfortable. "Everything was amazing! ✨✨✨ The staff, especially Shantanu, couldn't be more helpful. Very good English so easy communication. They responded to our messages and answered our questions very promptly. The location is good and very quiet. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. "We loved the hotel! It was gorgeous, with each floor having a different Indian theme. Our room was amazing, with beautiful Bihari artwork painted right on the walls. It was also really clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly and made us feel really safe. One evening, when I wanted to walk to a store, a staff member even walked with me! The hotel also offered complimentary tea each evening, which was a delightful and refreshing touch. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come...

"Upon my arrival I had to request to change the bed linens. They were not cleaned and obviously not changed after previous occupants departure. The restaurant service was less than unacceptable. Seven persons in the kitchen, numerous servants and no guests in the dining room, still took 45 to serve one small cup of soup and half burned bread. "

"Very helpful staff, friendly and very willing to give you advice about the city and what to do but not working with any tour guides to sell you things - free advice. The place was clean and comfortable with easy access to the metro, train and bus station. Would stay again. "

"The Tara Niwas was a fabulous hotel. Staff were excellent and the property had a very relaxing feel. There was some outside space to relax. Food was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel exceeded our expectations and I would have no hesitation staying here again."

"Diggi is a beautiful oasis in the frenetic hustle of Jaipur’s Pink City. You feel like they are looking out for you like family. Our huge room had a wonderful private courtyard and marble and endless beauty everywhere. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! "

"Location: very convenient, can walk to Albert hall, city palace, Hawaii mahal etc. Also close to a lot of clothing and accessories shop Comfort: has unlimited hot water which is rare in India at this price point. Has all amenities but toilet does smell like the sewer a bit with cockroach. Environment: has nice rooftop bar with live music, but does get quite loud and room soundproofing is not great. All and all would still recommend it."
