"Great for Westerners. By far the best place we have stayed so far in India! Our group arrived in Jaipur with terrible fevers and stomach bugs. The facilities at were great for us to rest up, recover, with a nice restaurant and very helpful/friendly staff and room service. We left feeling better than when we arrived. "Hotels are expected to make their guests feel at ease and comfortable. Customers are supposed to feel that they are getting their money's worth. Hotel Jaipur Palace's tagline ironically states: "Place for Royal Hospitality". Unfortunately this statement only remains as a tagline/ copy. My room mate and I witnessed how much their reception staff was poorly trained with regard to simple customer-relations protocol. What happened? Our bath tub couldn't drain the water. Yes, the water couldn't...

Hotel Sajjan Niwas

3.0 star property
6.6 out of 10, (19)
"The place looks like a castle. Its very affordable. It has some very nice artwork, paintings on every floor. But the rooms are outdated. Bathrooms have the classic bucket for washing yourself and cold water. The hotel is at a dead end. So its difficult to get an uber to get there. Thats important to note. Once everyone comes back to the hotel, they lock it up at night so you cannot leave. Now this isn't a bad thing. But I would like the option to go out at 2am for a smoke if I like. Breakfast...
