The staff is helpful, friendly and efficient; the rooms are old-style comfortable, clean, quiet and well-kept (not luxurious); the food is very good and inexpensive; it is well-located; the price is extremely good value. "It is a good hotel and the staff are very friendly and caring. However, the room that we had was good BUT the shower was not that great because the water force for hot water was non-existent. Otherwise it was a good hotel. And oh, the laundry service - they said we will get the clothes by 9pm but they didn’t arrive until after 10:30pm which we found a bit bad and inconvenient because we had to pack and sleep as we had an early flight next morning!!"
