"Address is incorrect and phone number does not work. Had to walk in the dark on a busy highway with no street lights and only light from my phone. Its not a hotel qith dogs. More like a dog hotel. The whole place smells like soggy wet dog. Didnt use anything in the room. Afriad kight have been used for dogs. More like a dog hotel than a hptel for human with dogs. "The room is excellent - the highlight of my trip. The furnishing looks very new. Room is clean. This is the first time I've ever felt like I was treated like a queen. "We arrived too early to check in but the staff who was there on the morning of 2/11 was so helpful in getting us situated with lockers to store our luggage until check-in time. We appreciated the helpfulness and patience of the staff member that day. She and another staff member were there at check-in at 3:00 and again they were so helpful. We would stay there again. The hotel is also so convenient due to being in walking distance to Atami Station as well as to bus and taxi hubs."
