"The property was conveniently located from the KMetro subway lines. However , it is some distance of walk from the subway station along a narrow, uneven side walk… somewhat challenging if you have more than one suitcase. The rooms are VERY basic and not updated… no TV and no fridge in the room. No onsite laundry available but laundry service for additional fees which was not clearly stated in website description. There is free WiFi, a shared full size fridge in kitchen facility on the 1st...

"The nouvelle Seoul hotel is very handy for its location, its moments away from itaewon hustle and bustle, if you’re a solo traveler or friends who are more social this place it’s great, if you’re a family or someone who wants more peace and quiet then this hotel may not be suited to you, its basic but clean, there’s a restaurant attached and a rooftop with great views of the city, I’ve stayed here before and would do so again because it serves my needs of somewhere close to nightlight,...

"It is a very nice place to stay that will provide many utilities for the convinence of the guests within the facilities. Even the ones that are charged they are charged at a far lesser cost then if you were to buy outside in any store. (Umbrella) really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you very much for all the help. "

"8000 won is an incredible amount to do a load of laundry. The free continental breakfast was very nice, yet no one hosted it. There was no one at the desk. I had woken up at 8am and a fellow said to come back at 10am for laundry assistance. I returned at 9:20am and ate breakfast and waited over two hours waiting for staff to help with my laundry, (per signage, on TWO mornings)! This is the first place I’ve ever stayed that insisted one throw-away toilet tissue rather than flushing it....
