"Always friendly staff on the reception as i have been here a couple of times and each time i go to Canterbury i always stay here do not think i would stay anywhere else there also you cannot fault the breakfast or any member of staff serving it give them all a pay rise i say "

"The service we received was very good. From the start at the front desk to when we left. My only suggestion would be to have bigger sized bathrobes for men. Unfortunately, the last two days out of the three days we were there, the steam room was not working, so was quite looking forward to using it. But these things happen. Maybe in the weights area suggesting heavier weight than 37.5kg maybe up to 50kg as per normal gyms. "
