"The hotel and pool areas were beautiful, and the staff from the
beach
bar were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the front desk stuff was not the most helpful and had a bad, rude attitude. Starting with being in the line (for both check-in and check-out) and openly being skipped by the front desk staff and letting other customers go in front of me. Then, charging almost $6,000 mx pesos to add a person to my room for only 1 night! Finally, I still had hope for the front desk staff...

"If your in the area , This place is great ! The owners, their family and staff are wonderful ! I was dealing with a small issue , and these people truly cared and tried their best to help me ! I will forever be in debt to them ! The area is safe , a few nice resturants , close to

and taxis easy to get . The rooms were very clean and comfortable ! I highly recommend this place place . "

"I loved our trip here. We really enjoyed the private
beach
and the pools. One thing i didn't appreciate is that some staff told us we had to pay for wifi and on our last day another staff said oh no its free. So while we enjoyed being unplugged it was hard to keep in touch with family & work. Also i didn't really like the food, i would've enjoyed more variety and FANS, please install fans for the heat and for the flies. The night entertainment was amazing just needed some fans for that heat....
