"This hotel was the house of the grandparents of the owner. She is very sweet and tells you the history of the building and of her family. The hotel has only six rooms, and is therefore very special and different from a large-box hotel. It is extremely clean and the room was perfect, and in a residential, interesting neighborhood. If you want a more personal hotel and connection to Israel, compared to standard hotels, I highly recommend Hotel Biazi."

" Outstanding service by Joseph, many commodities provided. Simply one of the best customers service I have ever had and i traveled the world. We where greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates, it was a great experience. Details like nespresso coffee capsules, cookies, new toothbrushes and great Dead sea soap products. Appartment style with lots of room. Well located ,50 meter from Mamila mall ,walking distance to the old city and the the western wall. "

"The entry is a dirty street but the place is nice. The men running it are helpful and friendly. I recommend this place . The only thing it’s missing is laundry facilities and outlets in the lobby .The laundry is thru the alley across the street and only takes coins so I had a challenge finding a place as I was using cc but I’d stay there again . There’s a grocery store next door which Is convenient. "

"Great location near Jaffa and Ben Yehuda streets, and easy walk to the old city and Machane Yehuda market. The staff was super friendly and helped with plans and recommendations. Nice breakfast and afternoon happy hour - I recommend staying here while in Jerusalem!"

"The location is absolutely incredible! (Especially if you are a frum/Orthodox Jew, this was centrally located and walking distance from everything: the Kotel, Ben Yehuda, etc.) The only downside is that there was a lot of music outside Friday night and no air-conditioning in the two bedrooms. Overall though, the location is the best you can ask for. "

"I spent the Shabbat in the LS hotel and enjoyed the hotel very much. Since there were not many businesses open, they (Reme, I think, but my spelling could be wrong) offered me breakfast that I didn't reserve. The staff were very friendly, greeted me wherever I saw them. "

"Great value for money. Decent size room. Comfortable bed. Shower head and toilet. Safe in room but no fridge. Nice breakfast buffet. Located in the heart of Ben Yehuda pedestrian street so you can’t get there by car, but can enjoy the shops and crowds. "

"It was a great location and a beautiful hotel. And great staff and yummy food. But it was right on a busy street which didn’t disturb my sleep but you heard a lot of street noise so only reason didn’t give 5 starts. "

Hotel in midst of renovations....

"We have stayed at Jerusalem gardens a few times before, but this time we were disappointed. When making our booking we did note that there would be no pool or exercise room because of renovations. However we soon discovered that there were a few other drawbacks to the renovations, including significant noise starting 8:30AM, which made it impossible to stay in our room; and no parking available. The breakfast was barely average. Other things that one expects from decent hotels -- like internet and the ability to checkout at noon were not available. "

"Great location. Amazing views. Excellent service at breakfast buffet which is impressive. Atta added his special touch in his personalized service at breakfast. Rooms are well appointed and nice in size. We walked to the old city and just soaked about Jerusalem so easily from this location. We look forward to returning. "
