"What a BEAUTIFUL step back into a time of Grandeur!! The hotel is classic, stylish and impeccably maintained. The staff are SUPERB and remarkably accommodating. Our room was extremely comfortable with a beautiful Mountain View. We did not have a/c, but we did NOT need it. We visited in July and were extremely happy to leave the windows open for a beautiful fresh night-time breeze. The location is super convenient-everything is within very comfortable walking distance (train station, restaurants, sight-seeing, etc.). We would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel!!"

"Our stay at Hotel Bernerhof was excellent. Perfect location near the train and bus stations. The staff was very helpful, providing directions and maps. The room was clean and newly remodeled, and the bathroom was unexpectedly roomy. The windows and balcony door were new, and we heard almost no noise from outside. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Interlaken"

"Well. What can I say. 5 stars from checking to leaving. The room itself & the hotel were perfect. Staff were kind & very helpful Dinner in the hotel restaurant was fantastic so much so we are there every night of our 3 night stay , ate something different each night & we’re not disappointed with the service or quality. I can understand the mixed reviews but we enjoyed the laid back , not rushed very European service …the staff were professional & knowledgeable regards the menu , wines & cocktails Facilities on offer were great & for us it was a fantastic base for our itinerary…lots to fo & see …we will definitely be back as we can’t wait to see it in Winter. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There was some mix up on number of people but they are very accommodative and made alternate plans to accommodate us. One of the best views in the area in the middle of Interlaken ost train station & harder kulm on one side and shops and restaurants on the other. Great view of the mountains and paragliders landing spot right in front of hotel"
