We spent two days in a fantastic room on the 40th floor overlooking Central Park. The room was comfortable, with an extrordinary view of the park. The surrounding area, and especially the park, was quite walkable, with multiple restaurants nearby. Our concierge, Ethan, was friendly, and amazingly helpful, suggesting several nearby restaurants, and arranging a ride for us to the palace in Seoul. We would highly recommend this hotel, and especially our concierge - Ethan.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel rooms were clean, the view was really beautiful, it was quiet, and especially the staff at the information desk on the first floor who called a taxi was so kind and welcoming, I was grateful.
