"It's a little outside the main area, but still walkable. It's quiet and scenic, there's a terrace and a enclosed dining room on the third floor. The view from there is incredible. We enjoyed having breakfast up there. The host also helped arranging a driver to take us to back to Cusco and visited a Moray, Maras Salt Mines & Chinchero on the way. "

"Excellent hotel between Cusco and Machu Picchu with plenty to see in and around Ollantaytambo. The staff was amazing and very friendly, always accommodating. We left early in the morning and they even offered to prepare us a breakfast “lunch box” for our trip during the day, this was very appreciated by my friends and me. "Elena and the rest of the staff are very welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommend adding the breakfast option - fresh juice, fruit salad, tea or coffee and buns with jam and butter. Laundry service and bag storage available as well. "FANTASTIC! I was worried when I saw that the words "El Albergue" translated to "hostel" but this was no hostel. I had a beautiful room on the ground floor. It was completely silent after about 9 pm. I arranged through the hotel for a taxi to come and pick me up in Cusco. It was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the free breakfast was lovely. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone, especially because of it's convenient location directly inside the train...

"the room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, all of the staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was the best ive had at any of the hotels on my trip so far. Its close to all the inca sites and the main street in town, and close to the train station as well, but far enough away where it is still quiet and easy to sleep! 10/10 wpuld stay here again"
