"I had a really nice stay here, it was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the location is great. The staff were very polite and attentive. The gym facilities are very good. I received a complimentary room upgrade and money off room service as member benefits, I didnt know about any of these so it's lovely that the staff are so proactive about rewarding customers where they can.
