The area around the hotel was clean but it sits in a very industrial area and there isn’t much of a view all around the hotel. Though its location makes it way to traverse the surrounding areas and the rest of the city. The staff were very nice and friendly. Though seemed to be in the background. I would stay here again. For the price and the experience it was well worth it. "

It was convenient, though I was disappointed that my non-Tesla electric car could not take advantage of the charging station, which was Tesla-only. "Great place to stay. I preferred the west in over Fairmont hotel in Victoria. More spacious and it offers shower and bathtub in same room. Breakfast was excellent "

"I recently stayed in a suite at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was exceptionally clean and filled with natural sunlight, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Although I didn’t use it, the kitchenette was a thoughtful addition. Breakfast was included, but the variety of food options was somewhat limited. One of the highlights is the convenient location. The Metropolis shopping center, just a short walk away, has a vibrant atmosphere, especially with its festive Christmas decor that lifts the mood. Directly across from the hotel is the Crystal Center, where you’ll find plenty of foreign exchange shops. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and convenience."
