"Friendly staff, but the facility felt rather outdated and a bit dirty and uncomfortable. Lots of noise since the window faced the street with constant traffic and construction where they are building a metro line. Luckily the super noisy fan drowned it out. Excellent shower, though - great water pressure and hot the whole time (best of the 3 hotels I stayed at in India), although looked a bit grimy. I thought the breakfast was included but found out it wasn't when I tried to get some the next...

"We stayed at the Bloom Hotel Juhu for 3 nights. It was better than what we expected, check in was quick and easy, location was great for Juhu and very close to the airport as well as bars and restaurants.Water was replaced everyday and the complimentary drinks/snacks were an added bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive, the online support service was excellent and they responded to requests immediately. Breakfast was very good for the cost, and the connected restaurant was great for lunch...

"The property is located in a good location. No issues finding cabs or restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well maintained and spacious and the service is good. Slightly costly (6k/night) but i gues all in all justified by the above positives. No negatives per se. Will stay again."

"This hotel is five stars all the way for an overnight stay before catching your flight. The staff in the cafe are SUPERB and the food is excellent. Breakfast buffet is amazing (and that is coming from someone who doesnt really like buffets). Only one criticism: the gym is enormous and beautiful, so why do the rusty elliptical machines look and perform as if they were salvaged from an old gym 20 years ago?"
