"I stayed here on business with a colleague. The Manager is extremely eloquent and we shared a lovely drink with him at a local bar he was attending. Attention to detail is everything and a way of life here. The way their staff are looked after here is inspiring, the quality of Swiss life shines through is the service. "This hotel was beautiful! We had a car, which made it easy to get to. There was a bus station at the bottom of the hill if you don't have a car. Stephanie, our hostess, was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was closed for dinner the two nights we were there during the week. I would recommend this place if you want an excellent view of the ALPS."

"The room was nice but we seemed to be a distraction for the staff as they tried to run the restaurant. You have to walk through part of v the dining area to get to the rooms which makes things difficult when they are full. After driving to get to the hotel, they were not willing to allow us to eat there, starting they were full, even though the dining room was empty when we checked in. "
