"I made a request for cooking utensils initially and the hotel rejected me by email. Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I told then they should have called me and not let me check in and wait for an hr and a half! Then they made me wait extra 10mins and they told me they will fix it and offered me comp drinks in the restau. After 5mins they came back saying They have the room...

"Walking to and from this property is a bit of a nightmare. You need learn a very specific route otherwise you will get lost in a jumble of buildings and walkways that are very confusing to navigate. "

A front-desk manager tried to claim that they had a right to change room types before eventually agreeing to give us a room with three single beds instead. Despite being small, the room was clean and well-equipped, with excellent room services. The location is also very convenient."

"As always, I love this hotel. The sea views are spectacular, as are the rooftop bar and pool/gym facilities. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Whampoa MTR station, so it is a convenient place to stay. My only slight complaint is that the housekeeping team come too early to clean the room. A little later would be better, or to know the routine of guests, to avoid a cat and mouse game. Only a small issue, as overall the hotel is great!"
