"rooms are huge based on hk standards, and the harbour view is really worth the price! love love love the bathroom and amenities, and special thanks to the friendly housekeepers who cleaned the room very well. only feedback would be the pillows and bed are a bit too soft. the gym is well-equipped and clean, and the person-in-charge (or trainer?) in the gym was so kind. very lovely stay overall, would definitely book again. "

"I made a request for cooking utensils initially and the hotel rejected me by email. Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I told then they should have called me and not let me check in and wait for an hr and a half! Then they made me wait extra 10mins and they told me they will fix it and offered me comp drinks in the restau. After 5mins they came back saying They have the room...
