"The staff at the front desk was wonderful. I had a problem with the TV in the first room so they moved me into a room with a working TV. Room was sparse but very clean, bathroom was tiny but again clean. The only negative was the mattress and bedding, they were both worn out and past their expiration dates!"

"This is a good hotel that we got for a family in need in the area. They loved it. Of course, this is NOT A HOTEL ! So, level-set your expectations. Overall, the area was quiet and though the place was somewhat old, I saw the staff going out of their way to help. They also took good care of the place, and had the non-smoking rooms separate from the smoking rooms. For the price, this is a good deal ! "

"Customer service was top notch! Room was updated and visually appealing. Located in sketchy area but very close to NRG and restaurants and never felt unsafe. Our room smelled of smoke and I wish I had a comforter or blanket rather than just a sheet. "
