"I did come in about 2p, I wanted to see if there was an option to check in early. but was told that no rooms were ready. I asked again after 30 minutes because i saw that 2 people ahead of me were allowed to go to there rooms, yet i continued to sit patiently. My 10 year old granddaughter was getting a bit restless and wondered why others were able to check in, so i asked again and was told that the carpet was still wet.. yet it was about 330. 10 minutes or so passed and she called my name and...
