"The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."

"Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Special mention to Manoj who was working during breakfast - he was so friendly and helpful and is a real asset to this hotel. I hope he can be recognised in some way. My only slight negative is the so called accesible parking paces at the front of the hotel which are really not sufficient. In fact I was given a parking ticket despite displaying my blue badge. The ticket states that I was partially on the pavement but I was parked as close as I could to the hotel pillars to allow for entry and exit to the vehicle. Maybe the bays could be marked to help? Thanks. "
"This hotel exceeded our expectations but mostly due to the attentive and amazing staff. They were all so lovely and the restaurant staff catered to our needs to the fullest. The kids eat free options were great. The halal option on the afternoon tea was exceptional. We will definitely return again in future. My children enjoyed their stay immensely. Specifically Ishak at front desk, Barbara and Rishu in the Storyboard restaurant and chef Milton."
"From the moment we arrived, the service was lovely. The receptionist Gabriella was so friendly and gave us advice on travelling in and out of London. I made the hotel aware of my partners birthday and they placed a cake and a bottle of wine in the room along with balloons and towels made out of cake. Every member of staff we came in to contact with were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and had a fresh bottle of water and coffee and tea pods everyday. We had an uber to Wimbledon which was roughly £12 and got on the underground to get to London so getting about was easy. would 100% recommend."
