"The staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is very good. However, the lighting of the corridor along the bedrooms is too dim, especially the area in front of the lifts."

"I stayed here 5 times both for biz and for pleasure and generally happy with this hotel. I usually had a view of the harbor if I was on higher floors. Only complaint was the elevator taking forever to get in especially during check-out time. (The elevators were often filled up by upper floors’ occupants.) One way to solve this is to dedicate an elevator for certain floors like how some commercial office buildings do. "

"This BW hotel is in the city centre of Hong Kong island in vicinity to Wanchai and Causeway Bay, the famous visiting districts for the tourists. Public transports including buses, trams and MTR, are easily accessible in a few minutes walk. Restaurants, grocery shops and shopping centres are nearby. I will go for this BW again in my next trip to Hong Kong!"

"We stayed at Burlington Hotel Wan Chai for Christmas holiday including the new year celebration. It was a modern hotel, very clean and well-serviced. It was a bit small but considering Hong Kong’s space limitation, it was understandable. Location was great - plenty restaurants nearby, cafes and tram station nearby. "

"The ocean view has some best scenery. However, if you want to see the iconic Hong Kong skyline, you’re on the wrong side of the harbor. The area is convenient with multiple public transportation options. The room is bright, clean and well maintained, but the hotel need to pay attention to the nooks and crannies The bathroom curtain was broken and the rail gunked up. The bath room exhaust was not functional. Overall good experience."

"Very convenient located and near train station. It’s walkable to the big shopping center with a lot of high-end stores, Trendy stores and nice restaurants, all within the mall. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are bigger than I expected. Even it’s an a bit of style, but it’s very clean. overall great experience."

"I have stayed here before. Yes, rooms are small but it is cheap, clean and very conveniently located in the heart of Causeway Bay. You have shopping, dining and the MTR on your doorstep. Safe. Staff are pleasant and friendly. WIFI worked well. Hot shower and air conditioning. Hong Kong is not cheap. There is a lot to do. I was hardly at the hotel. All I wanted was a convenient, clean and safe centrally located hotel with friendly staff. I could come back each night, shower, sleep and get up the next morning and go out again. The small negative are the disposable towels which were not great. Other than that, I would recommend. "
