"This hotel was dirty!! We were expecting old as we wanted to keep costs down and rayes were low. I have stayed in many APA hotels across Japan and they are fine. But this one was filthy. We had booked 4 nights but after one night cancelled and changed to another hotel. Beds were actually decent in condition (APA Kyoto had beds made out of cardboard) but mold and dust, dirty everywhere in room. Can’t recommend it here. Plenty of nice hotels in Kanazawa."

"I had stayed at a Daiwa Roynet before and didn't know what to expect. But, the hotel was really quite nice. The room was comfortable, though it lacked cupboard space, so you live out of your suitcase -- which I don't like. However, everything else was very good. The public bath was very lovely; the breakfast quite nice; housekeeping was excellent. All-in-all, great value for the money and convenient to the train station. Without hesitation, I would stay again. "

"The hotel is within walkable range from Kanazawa Station. There's 2 shopping malls in between, one which you could walk through to reach the hotel and avoid some rain and snow. There's free coffee and tea for lodgers, the amenities were great too. If you want to visit most of the tourist spots around Kanazawa Station, it's within 2km vicinity so you could walk around too. Will return to stay at the hotel again if I ever return to Kanazawa again "
