The aircond in our room wasn't working, but the hotel replaced it with a portable cooling fan. It wasn't perfect, but it did the job. Breakfast was alright. There are halal options, but the halal/non-halal signs aren't very visible. Building is slim and goes up to level 11, hence it can be a long wait for the lift.
Really appreciated the luxury room upgrade we got. Enjoyed the jacuzzi! The lower street noise levels on the higher floor also helped us get a better night’s sleep. Breakfast was good!
Towels, old and in very bad condition, are still being used . Many of them are discolored and torned. I asked hotel staffs to replace them. Another set of towels were sent but dont see any better.
Definitely not worth the price. Only good point is the location.
The room is run down. Toilet door spolit. Even after house keeping and find many hairs.
No free WiFi and don't even have a "do not disturb" tag. Only 1 lift and smelly.
Centralised location, near to Ben Tanh market and shops. Staff can speak English and helpful. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and the Captain was very helpful and friendly.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Without warmer water for shower
I stayed at the Bloom Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, the hotel was ok except there wasn't warm water for my shower. The maintenance staff tried to fix it but without much success. This is the main problem that will stop me from going back. The good things about this hotel is that the breakfast is well prepared, and the staff is quite friendly and professional.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Disliked: Cleanliness
Beds were confortable, bathroom dirty
The entrance, halls are redone but the rooms need lift.
We stayed here 4 nights and we liked the location since it's close to the main attractions. Staff was nice and we did get breakfast that had many options. Their airport shuttle, phone calls, and laundry service, especially this one are quite expensive though, for Vietnam prices.
We worked out in their gym, which was just 2 treadmills and an elyptical, pretty basic.
Overall a nice decent hotel close to everything.
It is sad to say hotel provided towels are terrible. Those towels pass and of life, it is no longer white, turn to yellow.
it shows there is no respect to customer.
After my complain to the manager at front desk they make correction right away. However, the same problem in next day.

Not quite as good as it looks online.
Somewhere in this hotel they have one room nicely made up that they use for their professional photography, the actual guest rooms look nothing like the promotional images on any of the booking websites or what is shown on their own website. Whilst booking I decided to upgrade myself to a de-luxe room and it was nowhere like the spacious room shown in any pictures posted online. I had to change rooms once because of ants running over my pillow and the second room was just as small and under furnished as the first. The rooms are very dated they could all do with a facelift, if it wasn’t for the modern flat screen TV I would have dated this room as mid eighties. The bath towels look fresh and fairly new but they don’t provide hand or face towels and they are quite stingy with shampoo & soap, I had to go in search of a refill. The breakfast for this class of hotel was up to standard, although mostly local food there was plenty of toast, fresh fruits, eggs any style (except poached) cooked to order and a daily special made to order. The breakfast is served on the eleventh floor where you get a morning high level view of district 1.
Watch out! They offered me free late check out and then tried to make me pay for half day.
Other than that, hotel could do with an upgrade - rooms are old and many have windows facing directly into walls and air conditioning that can't cope with the weather. Not worth the price.
