I stay here routinely when I am in Ho Chi Min. It delivers great value. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Always have a taxi waiting. Convenient location but not in the center.

The front desk staff responded fast to my concerns, the spa staff did otherwise, there were visible black line on the shower door with funky smell, the staff said they have scheduled monthly cleaning, and thank you for using the spa.

Attention to detail is part of the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nikko. The lobby area is really impressive and the flower arrangements are kept fresh. Our room on one of the high floors was extremely comfortable and had the best shower rose! They have a wonderful pool.
