"The location, services, various restaurants, walking trails particularly along the shore and the mountain were excellent. However, the Front Desk people should have been aware that best place to withdraw Yen from US debit card is at Hiroshima Station South Entrance ATM machine. They did not know and I had to find out it out myself. "

"Unfortunately the hotel is very dirty and in dire need of a makeover. The dust is thick, carpets are stained and the air conditioning is extremely noisy and barely cooled the room. We were meant to stay two nights and decided to call it quits after just one."
