"The breakfast was fantastic. The common bath was great for relaxation at the end of the day. The owner of the place, despite not speaking much English, was very helpful and there was pick up service from the train station. "This is a great place to stay in Ise, where there is a limited selection of hotels. Very close to the railway station and the outer shrine, short bus ride to the outer shrine. Its not fancy but offers good clean accommodation at a very reasonable price if booked well enough in advance. It was my second stay and I would choose this place again if I sent there again."

"This hotel gave us a surprise if its room size which is bigger than expected. There are also chairs with coffee table in the room which is rare in most of the hotel rooms in Japan. Hotel’s breakfast is fantastic and hotel owner is really putting lots of efforts and heart in its hospitality to all guests."

"This was a very nice ryokan, with polite and courteous staff. The location was very good, only a 10-minute walk from the train station, and one of the main Shinto shrines (Geku Jingo) in the area. "The indoor and outdoor onsen provide different experiences of onsen. The view from hotel is amazing. The hotel provides excellent service. My mom fell to the ground and got injured when crossing street. The lady from hotel provides us ice bag and medicines for my mom. They are super helpful."

"Service is good. From the reception to the bell boy to the restaurant staff. The male manager at the breakfast reception is always bright and courteous every morning. Club room is super worth it since there’s food throughout the day with yummy cheesecakes etc. There’s even free flow liquor available. The club room is pretty and nicely renovated. We loved our stay at TOBA we stayed 3 nights"
