"Basic and with small rooms without aircon. It was warm in winter, not sure I would want to stay in summer. However, comfortable beds and pillows, but the walls are not well soundproofed. It's not by any means a bad budget option but beware of the rip-off breakfast prices."

"Great price for the location and room. We stayed in one of the top floors and the room was well kept and comfortable. Decoration is lacking (it’s very plain) but that’s not why we picked this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting London by foot. There is a 24h Tesco 2 mins away. The luggage drop off service is also very handy and well organised. If you get a good deal, I would definitely recommend booking this place. Saw some bad experiences in the reviews but everything went super smoothly...

"What a wonderful hotel! From the lovely check in staff, to the beautiful room, we had an amazing stay. We were celebrating an anniversary, and received a lovely card and bottle of prosecco. Such a lovely surprise. The bed was large and very comfortable, the view over London, with the Shard, was spectacular. We would recommend this lovely hotel, and hope to return again soon.Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable."

" The location is perfect for me which is why I keep going there and many aspects of the hotel are good but the room service is poor. When they do it they do not clean or replace used glasses or coffee mugs and do not refresh the tea bags coffee sachets etc. This has been the case every time I've stayed. So much so I brought extra tea bags extra milk and some biscuits of my own. To date I have not spoken with any of the chamber women who speak English so they do not know what I'm asking them to...

"Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Rooms are small but quaint and cosy. Beds are comfy, lovely large TV and clean as a whistle. Staff are uber friendly. Only downside was breakfast was cold as buffet style and food warmers were not switched on so after some time being out the food had chilled. However this wouldn't put me off staying again, I'd just get up earlier to grab that hot food! Would definitely recommend. "

"It was our very first time at the Langham, yet we were spoiled from the moment we stepped in, as one would expect if a frequent visitor.
