"We truly enjoyed our stay at Tsuruya Kisshotei. Our main interests were onsen (hot spring) and dinner; they were both wonderful, actually much better than we expected. The hotel is located in a quiet seaside community slightly tucked away from the main road. We could see and hear the ocean from our spacious room! The building is not new but maintained very well and clean. All the staff were so polite and helpful. We would highly recommend this place."

"Amazing ryokan experience. Staff went over and above to cater to every need. The accommodation was comfortable sleeping on futons on tatami mats. The beautiful robes they provided made us feel at home. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. They even provided us bento boxes for lunch. View of the ocean outstanding and the hot springs wonderful. We’ll be back! "
