"The place was falling apart and very dirty. There were splashes of food and cobwebs on the walls, long hairs in the bathroom, leaves and debris in the fridge, and something in the hall closet had a rancid smell that permeated into the bedroom. "The property was very clean and spacious. The hosts instructions were very clear with lots of information about nearby shopping, restaurants and hot springs. The car park was very close to the property as well as the station being one minute away. The beach is also a one minute walk. I highly recommend this property for both small and large groups. "

"The room is excellent - the highlight of my trip. The furnishing looks very new. Room is clean. This is the first time I've ever felt like I was treated like a queen. Upon arrival, they helped us park our car and unload our luggage and brought to our room. They took our shoes and stored with them upon arrival. "We arrived too early to check in but the staff who was there on the morning of 2/11 was so helpful in getting us situated with lockers to store our luggage until check-in time. We appreciated the helpfulness and patience of the staff member that day. She and another staff member were there at check-in at 3:00 and again they were so helpful. We would stay there again. The hotel is also so convenient due to being in walking distance to Atami Station as well as to bus and taxi hubs."

"Fantastic hotel service, large rooms with facilities and in hotel dining options. Great place for kids and situated by the beach with a pool and a walking garden path. Only downside is the area, lacking food options if you do not wish to dine in. However should not be judged based on that. Kawazu is just only 2 minutes away."
