"The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. There needs to be a better way to check in. Did not expect that we would not be able to get fresh towels when requested, it was a surprise when I was told we needed to be the one to wash...

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. Nothing explicitly wrong with the place, i think the pictures used by the property were a little deceptive but considering the price I wasn't upset. It was a very secure and convenient location. "The hotel is in the offices buildings area, near metro stations, there are also many restaurants and conviennent stores, you could buy coffee or muffins very late night, if you come to Osaka in evening."

Good location

"The hotel is located in the middle of a shopping street and it is within 5 mins walking distance to multiple subway and train stations. The location is superb convenience to reach Dotonbori, Kuromon market, train, subway and various shopping centre and streets. At first I was worried about the hotel conditions after reading some of the low rating reviews. However the actual experiences turned out to be great. We were staying at oriental quality floor and the room was clean without any smoking smell. It is also peace and quite despite located in a busy shopping streets. The room carpet showed aging signs though but this is not a big issue for my family. Pyjamas, bedroom slippers, personal care amenities, bottled drinking water were provided. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Osaka in the future. "
