"I really enjoyed my stay and I had booked the standard room with private bathroom. The room was very spacious, with lots of windows and a high ceiling, and included a small private balcony which made for a great quiet reading spot. The staff were all very friendly as well and sociable, which was something I appreciated. "We stayed 4 nights at the Himalayan Villa hotel. Impeccable room and service. A very diverse and delicious buffet lunch. Other meals served à la carte or as a buffet, very well cooked and at an affordable price. The hotel manager, Mr. Govinda Luitel and all his staff were very attentive and very kind. "I thought the staff was great, but this area and location is a bit rough, so you may face some cold nights and lack some creature comforts. I stayed 4 nights, which may have been two too many as there really wasn’t a whole lot to do at night. Still the day hiking was nice and the hotel restaurant was nice. "

"No complaints about the villa or the service by staff. However had to call front desk at 1130 at night because of music blaring from private party. The music was lowered but was till loud enough to keep me awake along with the noisy chatter until 230am. All said and done for $350 a night i expected a bit more peace and quiet and a good night sleep which i failed to get "

"If you like to have your own quiet time this is the place. The Hotel owner and the manager (suraj) was very nice and very cooperative. Though the property does not have any Room heater we managed the cold night with 2 blankets! WiFI was really good and phone signal was fine. The hotel was on the valley and beautiful view. We have enjoyed our stay."
