"location is excellent. It is also where Cirque Du Soleil - Auana is, so very convineint if you want to catch this show However, we stayed on the side where the theater is, and it was quite noisy around 9:30-10 when the show finishes since we are on the 3rd floor. Another thing is the safe was not working. Probably the battery is too low. We did not ask for it to be fixed since we do not really need it. But it would be great if the hotel checks whether the safe is working. "

"I checked in early the day ahead of our stay thru a text message. The day of our reservation, I received a text around 11:30am saying our room was ready! Arriving at the valet, they were very understanding of my need to leave the car for a bit while I helped by 90 y.o. mom into the lobby.
